Confusing Verse: Burden or Load? Help or Not?

Translations can keep us from understanding what God's Word has to say to us.Looking at the "____ in all English translations" pages on BibleGateway.com, we can see that many translations do indeed use "burden/s" in both places.  However, the places where the versions use DIFFERENT words is insightful.
The first "burdens" is also rendered "troubles."  The second "burdens" becomes "load."  Commentators tell us that the difference is what is the normal lot of humans and what is too much, a hiking pack, as it were, and a load that's far too heavy for anyone to be expected to carry.
